99.8% Alumina
INCERCO'S 99.8% Alumina ceramic is the representative material of today's technical
ceramics. Similar to sapphire, INCERCO 99.8% Alumina ceramic is comprised of corundum
crystals. INCERCO 99.8% Alumina is manufactured with our SFG (Small, Fine Grain)
technology and thus it has outstanding properties as an industrial material.
With a hardness next to diamond, boron carbide and silicon carbide, INCERCO's 99.8%
Alumina ceramic with SFG technology has superior wear resistance.
INCERCO's 99.8% Alumina ceramic has excellent high insulation resistance at elevated
temperatures, high dielectric strength at high voltage, and low dielectric loss tangent at high
frequencies.
INCERCO's 99.8% Alumina ceramic is inert to oxidation, is not corroded by chemical agents
and is not subject to radiation damage.
