HIPed YTZP
Among the engineering ceramic materials, INCERCO HIPed YTZP has some of the
highest mechanical strengths and toughness at normal temperatures. It will go through
phase transformation and slowly lose its properties at elevated temperatures (above 300
degrees C).
It is relatively easy to be combined with metals because its coefficient of thermal
expansion is close to that of metal.
It is an ideal material to use for industrial knives because of the small, tight grain structure.
