Below are actual parts that we have manufactured. We believe that these parts show the commitment that we have as an organization to manufacturing the finest ceramic components in the world.
We invite you to let us show you what we can do with your ideas and concepts.
"We manufacture the finest ceramic components in the world."

This is a battery compaction die tool. It is
used to press the chemical components
together that go inside of an alkaline battery.
The ceramic is 99.8% alumina. The steel
case is A-2. The ceramic is shrunk fit inside
the steel case.
This is a plunger for use in a reciprocating
pump. The ceramic is YTZP and the metal
is stainless steel.
This is a pump component that is used in the
manufacture of batteries. The material being
pumped goes in the hole on one side, a spool
with ceramic wiper rotates 180 degrees and
the material goes out the other side.
The ceramic is YTZP.
This is a ceramic air bearing
designed for a single use
application (such as a missile).
The ceramic is Silicon Nitride.
This is a ceramic wave bearing. There is a
wave amplitude profile machine on the I.D.
A wave bearing can take more radial side
force than a true circular bearing.
The ceramic is our HIPed YTZP.
These are pharmaceutical tableting dies.
Notice the oval shape that had to be green
machined and then diamond ground and
polished after firing.
The ceramic is our YTZP.
This is a precision matched set of a piston
and sleeve for use in the battery industry. The
clearance between the piston and the sleeve is
about 50 millionths to 1 tenth. The result is a
suction tight fit that will draw a vacuum when
draw.
The ceramic is our YTZP and HIPed YTZP.
